Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- Black icing or mini chocolate chips (for decoration)
- Crushed Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll mixture into small balls and chill until firm.
- Shape balls into ghost-like mounds.
- Dip each ghost in melted white chocolate, letting extra drip off.
- Place on parchment paper and smooth into ghost shapes.
- Add black icing or mini chocolate chips for eyes and a mouth.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreo crumbs and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Chill the truffles for at least 30 minutes for best results.
- Use a fork to dip the ghosts in chocolate for an even coating.
