Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease four mini tart pans.
  2. Press tart dough into the pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.
  3. Arrange sliced peaches in overlapping circles on top of the crust.
  4. Mix honey, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt; brush over peaches.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans in the center of each tart.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until crust is golden and peaches are tender.
  7. Cool slightly before serving; drizzle with extra honey if desired.
