- 1 sheet pie crust or tart dough
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease four mini tart pans.
- Press tart dough into the pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.
- Arrange sliced peaches in overlapping circles on top of the crust.
- Mix honey, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt; brush over peaches.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans in the center of each tart.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until crust is golden and peaches are tender.
- Cool slightly before serving; drizzle with extra honey if desired.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup.
- These tarts can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Feel free to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for extra indulgence.
