Flaky, buttery croissants stuffed with melty mozzarella and pepperoni, baked until golden.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Unroll croissant dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Layer 3 pepperoni slices and a spoonful of mozzarella at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll tightly into crescent shape and place seam-side down on the sheet.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with marinara dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more spices to the butter mixture.
- These croissants are best served warm.
- Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
