Description

Flaky, buttery croissants stuffed with melty mozzarella and pepperoni, baked until golden.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 rolls)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Unroll croissant dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Layer 3 pepperoni slices and a spoonful of mozzarella at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll tightly into crescent shape and place seam-side down on the sheet.
  5. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 18–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with marinara dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more spices to the butter mixture.
  • These croissants are best served warm.
