Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: If making a graham cracker crust, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill to set.
- Make the Cream Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently. Spread the cream filling evenly over the prepared crust.
- Add the Caramel Layer: Warm the salted caramel sauce slightly if it’s too thick. Pour and spread it evenly over the cream layer.
- Chill the Pie: Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of sea salt. Slice and serve chilled.
