- 1 small carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef:
- Season the beef slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

- Combine Ingredients:
- Add the cooked rice into the pan with the vegetables.
- Return the beef to the pan.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the ingredients evenly.
- Drizzle with sesame oil for added aroma and flavor.
- Final Touches:
- Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Stir in the chopped green onions.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
