Description

Ingredients

  • Shredded roast beef (slow-cooked or deli-style)
  • Slider buns (Hawaiian or brioche)
  • Provolone or Swiss cheese slices
  • Butter (melted)
  • Garlic powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottoms in the dish.
  3. Layer shredded beef evenly across the buns, then top with cheese slices.
  4. Place the bun tops on and brush generously with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden and melty.
