Instructions
- Insert sticks firmly into each apple and set aside on parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water; cook on medium heat until mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and divide syrup into portions for each color.
- Add food coloring — yellow first, then orange, then pink — layering as you dip apples halfway in each color.
- Sprinkle with edible glitter for a shimmering effect.
- Place apples upright on parchment to cool and harden.
- Serve once the candy coating is fully set and sparkling.
