- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour

- 6 slider buns
- 1/2 cup mayo

- Salt, pepper, and oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk with salt and pepper for at least 20 minutes.
- Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and fry at 350°F until golden and crispy.
