Description
Fall-off-the-bone tender ribs coated in a smoky, caramelized barbecue glaze.

- 2 lbs Pork ribs (baby back or spare)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite smoky-sweet blend)
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and rub with olive oil and dry seasoning mix.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours until tender.
- Mix BBQ sauce with brown sugar and vinegar for a tangy glaze.
- Brush ribs generously with sauce, then broil or grill for 5–7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
- Brush with one final layer of sauce before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

- For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure ribs are cooked to the right temperature.
- Feel free to adjust the spices according to your taste preferences.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving for better flavor absorption.
