Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite smoky-sweet blend)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs and rub with olive oil and dry seasoning mix.
  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours until tender.
  4. Mix BBQ sauce with brown sugar and vinegar for a tangy glaze.
  5. Brush ribs generously with sauce, then broil or grill for 5–7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
  6. Brush with one final layer of sauce before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
