Description

A creamy, coffee-kissed tiramisu served elegantly in a glass and crowned with a fresh strawberry — simple, sweet perfection!

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Ladyfinger biscuits
  • Espresso or strong coffee
  • Cocoa powder
  • Sugar
  • Egg yolks
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries (for topping)
  • Optional: coffee liqueur for extra depth

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until pale, then fold in mascarpone and vanilla.
  2. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a light filling.
  3. Dip ladyfingers quickly into espresso and layer them at the bottom of a serving glass.
  4. Add a thick layer of mascarpone cream and repeat layers if desired.
  5. Smooth the top and dust generously with cocoa powder.
  6. Chill for at least 3 hours (or overnight) to set flavors.
  7. Garnish with a fresh strawberry before serving for a sweet pop of color.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, consider adding coffee liqueur to the espresso.
  • Make sure to chill the tiramisu for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Fresh strawberries can be substituted with other berries if desired.
