Description

Juicy baked peaches filled with creamy custard and topped with a sweet crunchy crumble.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ripe peaches (halved, pits removed)
  • 1 cup vanilla custard (prepared or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or cookies
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place peach halves cut side up in a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, crushed graham crackers, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Bake peaches for 10 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Remove from oven, spoon vanilla custard into the center of each peach.
  5. Sprinkle crumble mixture generously on top.
  6. Return to oven for another 10–15 minutes until peaches are tender and crumble is golden.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with caramel drizzle.

  • Can substitute graham crackers with any cookies of choice.
