Juicy baked peaches filled with creamy custard and topped with a sweet crunchy crumble.

- 6 ripe peaches (halved, pits removed)
- 1 cup vanilla custard (prepared or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or cookies
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place peach halves cut side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, crushed graham crackers, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
- Bake peaches for 10 minutes until slightly softened.
- Remove from oven, spoon vanilla custard into the center of each peach.
- Sprinkle crumble mixture generously on top.
- Return to oven for another 10–15 minutes until peaches are tender and crumble is golden.
- Serve warm, optionally with caramel drizzle.
Notes
- Ensure peaches are ripe for the best flavor.
- Can substitute graham crackers with any cookies of choice.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the custard.
