Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Beef tenderloin or sirloin (cubed)
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings.
  2. Toss shrimp and steak cubes separately in the butter mixture.
  3. Skewer shrimp and steak alternately (or cook separately if preferred).
  4. Grill or pan-sear over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  5. Brush with remaining garlic butter while hot.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a pinch of sea salt.
  7. Serve immediately on a wooden board or platter with lemon wedges.
