Ingredients

- Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- Beef tenderloin or sirloin (cubed)
- Butter
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings.
- Toss shrimp and steak cubes separately in the butter mixture.
- Skewer shrimp and steak alternately (or cook separately if preferred).
- Grill or pan-sear over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter while hot.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a pinch of sea salt.
- Serve immediately on a wooden board or platter with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Smoked paprika adds a nice depth but is optional.
