Delicious and fun Swiss rolls inspired by Tom & Jerry characters, filled with whipped cream and strawberries.

- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup cake flour
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 4 fresh strawberries, hulled
- Food coloring (blue, brown, pink, yellow, black)
- White chocolate or fondant for facial details
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing pan)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, then fold in sifted flour gently.
- Spread batter evenly, bake 10–12 minutes until light golden, then roll in parchment while warm.
- Unroll, spread whipped cream, place strawberries, and roll up tightly again.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then coat one roll in blue frosting (Tom) and one in brown (Jerry).
- Use colored fondant or chocolate to form ears, eyes, and faces for each character.
Notes
- Ensure the eggs are at room temperature for better volume.
- Be gentle when folding in the flour to maintain the airiness of the batter.
- Chilling the rolls helps set the whipped cream and makes them easier to decorate.
