Ingredients
- Ground beef – 1 lb (450g)
- Spaghetti – 12 oz
- Shredded cheddar or mozzarella – 1 cup
- Marinara sauce – 1 ½ cups
- Egg – 1
- Breadcrumbs – ½ cup
- Garlic powder – ½ tsp
- Salt & pepper – to taste
- Black olives – sliced (for eyes)
Instructions
- Prepare meatballs: Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; shape into 12 medium balls.
- Bake: Place meatballs on a tray and bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Cook pasta: Boil spaghetti until al dente, drain, and toss with marinara sauce.
- Add cheese “faces”: Place meatballs on top of the spaghetti, sprinkle cheese on each one, and return to oven until melted.
- Make eyes: Add two olive slices on top of each melted cheese portion for spooky monster eyes.
- Assemble: Serve four cheesy meatballs over a bed of saucy spaghetti.
- Serve warm: Perfect for a fun, fright-night family dinner!
