- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can Cherry pie filling
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Crushed nuts (for crust mix)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, crushed nuts, sugar, and melted butter; press into pan to form crust.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 55–65 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Spread cherry pie filling generously over the top.
- Slice and serve chilled with crunchy crust and creamy center.

- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- For a firmer cheesecake, bake for the longer time suggested.
