Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup Crushed nuts (for crust mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, crushed nuts, sugar, and melted butter; press into pan to form crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 55–65 minutes until set.
  5. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Spread cherry pie filling generously over the top.
  7. Slice and serve chilled with crunchy crust and creamy center.
