Creamy Alfredo pasta loaded with juicy chicken and crispy bacon.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy; remove and crumble. Reserve a little bacon fat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook in the skillet until golden and cooked through; set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, then simmer until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Toss pasta in sauce, then add chicken and bacon. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
