Description

A delicious chocolate pudding pie with a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and begins to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate pudding mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use more chocolate chips.
  • Make sure to let the pie set for at least 4 hours for the best texture.
