- 8 ounces fresh crab meat
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- few dashes hot sauce, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Crab Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped shallot, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Stuff the Oysters: Place the shucked oysters on a baking sheet. Spoon the crab mixture generously over each oyster.
- Bake the Oysters: Drizzle melted butter over the stuffed oysters. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the oysters are cooked through.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
