Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, then sear drumsticks until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then pour in cream and stir.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer covered for 20 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
