- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)

- Salt & pepper to taste
- Peppercorns (for eyes)
- Thin sausage or pepperoni strips (for tails)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground meat with breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into oval meatballs, pinching one end slightly to form a mouse “nose.”
- Press peppercorns in for eyes.
- Insert a thin sausage or pepperoni strip at the back for the tail.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake 20–22 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce for a creepy table centerpiece.
