Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef or pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Peppercorns (for eyes)
  • Thin sausage or pepperoni strips (for tails)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground meat with breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into oval meatballs, pinching one end slightly to form a mouse “nose.”
  4. Press peppercorns in for eyes.
  5. Insert a thin sausage or pepperoni strip at the back for the tail.
  6. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake 20–22 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Serve warm with dipping sauce for a creepy table centerpiece.
