- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
- Fill the liners 2/3 full and bake for 18–20 minutes, then cool completely.
- Pipe a swirl of cream cheese frosting on each cupcake, then top with red buttercream in the center.
- Shape small red fondant or buttercream horns and place them on top for a devilish finish.
