Description

Crunchy, spicy, and gooey mozzarella sticks coated in fiery Flamin’ Hot crumbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 2 cups crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour.
  2. In separate bowls: mix flour with paprika and garlic powder, whisk eggs with milk, and crush Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
  3. Coat each cheese stick in flour, then egg wash, then Cheeto crumbs. Repeat for an extra crispy coating.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375°F.
  5. Fry mozzarella sticks in batches for 1–2 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot with marinara dipping sauce.
