- 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 2 cups crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour.
- In separate bowls: mix flour with paprika and garlic powder, whisk eggs with milk, and crush Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
- Coat each cheese stick in flour, then egg wash, then Cheeto crumbs. Repeat for an extra crispy coating.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375°F.
- Fry mozzarella sticks in batches for 1–2 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with marinara dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the mozzarella sticks.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to prevent sogginess.
- Adjust the spice level by using more or fewer Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
