Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, then add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and mixed vegetables; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture and transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
