Ingredients

  • Ground beef (or turkey)
  • Pumpkin-shaped slider buns (or regular rolls scored and baked)
  • Cheese slices
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Lettuce or spinach

  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; form into small patties.
  2. Cook patties in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  3. Slice buns in half and toast lightly in the oven.
  4. Place cheese on patties while hot to melt.
  5. Assemble sliders with lettuce, sauce, and cheesy patties inside pumpkin-shaped buns.
