- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper until just combined.
- Form into four patties, about 1 inch thick.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until desired doneness is reached.
- Toast buns in the air fryer for 2 minutes while burgers cook.
- Assemble burgers with preferred toppings and serve hot.
