Description

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar, then rub onto brisket.
  2. Whisk together BBQ sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Place sliced onions in the slow cooker and set the brisket on top.
  4. Pour the sauce over the brisket, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 5 to 6 hours.
  6. Remove brisket, let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
  7. Simmer leftover sauce for 5 to 7 minutes and pour over sliced brisket.
