- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- Raisins (for eyes)
- Whole almonds (for teeth)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then mix with melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Before baking, press raisins into the top for “eyes” and arrange almonds in a grin-like pattern for “teeth.”
- Use a spoon to slightly shape eye sockets, nose holes, and mouth for a skull effect.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool before slicing.

- Ensure bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
