Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Raisins (for eyes)
  • Whole almonds (for teeth)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix with melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
  5. Before baking, press raisins into the top for “eyes” and arrange almonds in a grin-like pattern for “teeth.”
  6. Use a spoon to slightly shape eye sockets, nose holes, and mouth for a skull effect.
  7. Bake for 55–60 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool before slicing.
