- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Crushed Oreos
- ½ cup White chocolate chunks
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Strawberry extract (or pink gel color)
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in egg and vanilla.
- Divide dough into two halves — add strawberry extract or pink gel color to one.
- Stir in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chunks into both dough portions.
- Combine spoonfuls of each dough color to form marbled cookie balls.
- Press a few extra Oreo and chocolate pieces on top for decoration.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are just set and centers soft.
- Cool on a rack before serving — chewy, colorful perfection!

- For a more intense strawberry flavor, use more strawberry extract.
