Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Mix in egg yolk and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda, and spices; stir until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop dough balls onto the tray and press a few marshmallows and chocolate chunks on top.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes, then lightly toast marshmallows under the broiler for 1 minute.
- Cool slightly before serving warm and melty.
