Ingredients

  • Mascarpone cheese

  • Ladyfinger biscuits

  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk or berry juice (for soaking biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  2. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, then fold in mascarpone and melted white chocolate.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers in milk or berry juice and arrange as the first layer in a dish.
