Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese
- White chocolate
- Ladyfinger biscuits
- Fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- Heavy cream
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Milk or berry juice (for soaking biscuits)
- White chocolate curls (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, then fold in mascarpone and melted white chocolate.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers in milk or berry juice and arrange as the first layer in a dish.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over biscuits.
- Sprinkle with fresh berries and repeat layers until dish is filled.
- Top with cream, more berries, and white chocolate curls.
- Chill at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
